Belle et Grosse surprise aux Palmarès des Annie Awards , les Oscars de l'Animation avec le succès final du film Klaus de Sergio Pablos produit et distribuer par Netflix, il met fin à l'hégémonie de Disney depuis plus plusieurs années voir de toujours.

Autre belle surprise le film français J'ai perdu mon corps (I Lost My Body) a remporté l'Annie du Meilleur Film Indépendant.
